“On August 26th 2010, The Boombox Saints continue their Toronto party legacy, and raise the stakes to a whole new level by inviting the world famous Sean Price of the Boot Camp Click to headline their biggest event yet.
With a five year history of party rocking behind them, The Boombox Saints stand at the top of hip hop’s hottest city in 2010. A collective of 5 emcees who span the Greater Toronto Area and have worked to combine their respective fanbases into a social scene of it’s own – coming together biannually for what has become a legendary party series. After a sell out show this past Boxing day at the El Mocambo, fans know something bigger is on it’s way.
Enter Sean Price, a certified legend, who been a staple in the underground hip-hop scene since his early 90s debut as part of Heltah Skeltah and The Boot Camp Clik. Sean has since proven himself a solo-artist, with a relevant style; with two full lengths (“Monkey Bars”, “Jesus Price Supastar”) and a slew of mixtapes over the last 5 years, “P!” has garnered a cult-following that is unprecedented among the independent hip hop audience.”

With his upcoming album “The Stupendous Adventures of Marco Polo” dropping on June 29th, Marco Polo decided to throw a beat showcase featuring himself and some of Toronto’s rising producers, including Rich Kidd (Saukrates, K-Os, Busta Rhymes, etc.), MoSS (Raekwon, Inspectah Deck, Ghostface, AZ, etc.), and Frank Dukes (50 Cent, Joell Ortiz, Corey Gunz, Styles P, etc.). Hosted by our very own Arcee, it should be a fantastic night, so get your tickets early and come through.
