The National Post, one of Canada’s most respect newspapers recently published their list of the Top 10 Rappers in Canada, which is sure to stir up some controversy and discussion. Shad grabs the top spot, beating out Drake (#4?!), Kardinal Offishall (#2), and K-Os (#3) and K’Naan (#5). Check out the full list here and give us your Top 10, I’m sure it’s definitely going to differ from this list.
I agree with Shad coming in at #1 – He is amazing.
I think Maestro deserves to be higher on the list – # 2
It’s a shame that Eternia got no love. She is amazing and has been putting in tons of work. I’d put her at # 3
Classified comes in at #4 for me.

I think the criteria for this list should have been revealed. All due respect to Maestro as a pioneer of this Canadian hip-hop shit, but if this is about who’s top 10 right now, he shouldn’t be on it.
