I got put onto this new emcee outta T.O. by the homie DJ P-Plus, as he has been bangin’ one of the joints off this mixtape (“Dem Nah Worry Me”) on the show for a couple of weeks. Since I’m always looking for the dopest music coming out of the city, I had check out the mixtape and see if dude had more to offer than just that one joint. Having done that now, I can definitely confirm he does, and it’s even more impressive considering Die-Rek also produced the entire tape (except for “The Word”). I’ve included a joint featuring Promise above as a sample, grab the full tape after the cut.
