Since J Dilla never got a chance to collaborate with Jay-Z (even though he did submit some beats for “The Blueprint” album), this mixtape is definitely refreshing and offers a glimpse at how these two greats would have sounded together by blending Dilla’s production over some of Jigga‘s dopest joints, including songs from “The Blueprint“!
