In honour of  Throwback Tuesdays/Thursdays segment, I thought it would be appropriate to post this mixtape that I found courtesy of Tha Original Underground Hip Hop. If you don’t know who DJ Mastermind is and you’re from Toronto, you just can leave your hip hop badge at home, because this DJ was a big cornerstone in the Canadian hip hop scene and still is. Mastermind was one of the first DJ’s in Canada to break Canadian Hip Hop on commercial airwaves and was a big pioneer of our scene. Here’s one of the many mixtapes that Mastermind was putting out on a monthly basis. I used go to TRAXX on College/Yonge back in the day when I was teen to cop these! So here’s one for my old school heads and for anyone who’s is a fan of hip hop in general.
