Before he gets set to drop his long-awaited collaboration LP with DJ Premier, “Street Hop”, and the Slaughterhouse album, Royce will first be releasing a digital four-song EP entitled “The Revival”. “The Revival” EP (not to be confused with a bootleg of unfinished songs that leaked last year) will be released on 7-7-2009 and it will include new tracks from Royce’s “Street Hop” LP along with a new Slaughterhouse track and will be available at all major digital retailers. Shad, currently on a 46-city tour alongside P.O.S. and the Rhymesayers camp as part of the 2009 VANS Warped Tour, takes a few minutes out of his busy schedule to drop a freestyle over this beat that was produced in the back of the tour bus by DJ TLO, Dallas Green, and himself.
