Phontigga of Little Brother recently reviewed the Kooley High documentary that I posted previously. Apparently Rochester ain’t the only MC that does movie reviews, as Phonte has his own “One Minute Movie review” segment on Youtube. Shout to Erica for the heads up as usual.
When he’s not ballin’ or on the injured list, Baron Davis, is an avid movie producer. He talks to DJ Skee about the new documentary he created about the bloods and crips gangs called “Made In America”. Definitely might have to check this out based on the preview.
Another one of Arcee’s picks. I’ve only caught this show a few times and it was pretty funny, not sure why I didn’t follow this series more. Maybe it’s because I’m not a series guy unless it comes to Entourage and The Wire (R.I.P.). Might have to get down with this series, as well as Eastbound and Down. In all seriousness, you would never see this kind of situation at one of our parties, since they are designed to avoid situations like this at all costs.

Brian, the man upstairs is looking out for your interests today. Phil A just sent over this new joint from Empire aka The Fifth Letter fam. We’ve actually been running this track for some time but now its available for your downloading pleasure.

Alright Brian, you can stop your campaign now since Real GM is reporting your main man is now gone. I don’t ever want to hear Will Solomon’s name again. This is a minor, but good move, on the part of the Raptors, as we are thinner than Kate Moss on a coke binge in the frontcourt! O’Bryant, @ 7 feet and 250 pounds will give us some much needed muscle in the middle. I was @ the game last night and Jake Voshkul getting extended minutes cannot continue. Aside from Lebron’s vicious dunks, the only other highlight was Mo Williams breaking Roko Ukic’s ankles.
I know the rest of the Freqs are gonna look at me like, “Keezy, posting a K-Os joint?!”. Yeah, well, the song is worthy. I’m not mad at the homie if continues to keep it hip-hop like this, leave that pop(corn) stuff alone. Will be featured on the new LP “YES!” and is directed by Drew Lightfoot & K-Os. Shout out to Chris Whyte for the heads up.
President Replaces N-Word on the news – watch more funny videos
Arcee shot over this hilarity. Time for change, lets replace the N word with President. Shit, I’m all for it…. what up my Prez?

Crazy crazy crazy. Nottz is unquestionably one of the best producers out right now. Kardi represents with a lava verse and Cory Gunz does his thing too, both speaking about how cats need to keep it original in these days and times because we don’t need any more Nas, Lil’ Wayne, or Jay-Z clones in the game. Props to 2dopeboyz on the link.
Nottz f/ Kardinal Offishall & Cory Gunz – Can’t Hide The Truth
I’ll be the first to admit, aside from certain classics, I don’t know shit about reggae. Never really been my steez. However, solely judging from the track list and artists involved, this mixtape looks dope. I’ll leave it up to my homie Kanheezy to confirm, as he is a big reggae man. I do know one thing though, Vybz Kartel is gangsta. Track list and link after the jump.
