A lot of artists submit music to us, not all of it good. I’ve seen people take offense to the feedback we provide and I’ve seen some take it and build.
A bright eyed Theology 3 came to us many years ago when we were on college radio at York University’s CHRY 105.5 FM. Our first impressions were, “he’s alright, nothing spectacular”, he could have said F U and kept doing what he was doing but, he took in the feedback and got better, we’ve seen the transformation over the years. I don’t think there is another artist, maybe Kardi, who has a work ethic like Theo. So having him on the New North was a no brainer. He’s already got his “I’m Goin’ In” mixtape out and is on the verge of releasing a new album. Check the show to find out more about the originator of the term “Screwface Capital”.
