Lessons from a GOAT

Posted by musikleeinzane under Foolishness

Just about everyone that knows me says I’m grumpy, I get mad easily blah, blah.

It’s true. Deal with it.

I’m a “why” person I like to know why things happen or why things are the way they are. So sometimes I wonder, why am I like this? What was the genesis for this behavior?

Like most kids I watched Sesame Street when I was young. They always had funny little cartoons between stuff. For some reason this one has stuck with me to this day.

So being and impressionable kid, the lesson I learned was I can be mad whenever I want, why control it. People will have a better understanding of you. I live by this lesson everyday, so, screw you if you don’t like my post!

It ain’t bad to get mad.

THIS IS A MUST SEE.

http://zeitgeistmovie.com/main.htm

Not everything is fun and games. Sometimes we need to get serious…

Then go back to fun and games.

Being a Real Freq means promoting heat. Yes we are biased, I don’t think we hide that. We will always have a bias towards dope shit over wack. You should too. Which is why we pump certain things over others.

With that in mind, rest assured from what I’ve heard of this Roots album you will be blasted with it on the show.

I’m loving what I’m hearing from The Roots right now. Love the grit and grimy sound, fuck the sweet shit!

Check the track by track review from Entertainment Weekly of Rising Down out April 29th.
